Living Valley Cabella products


We are happy to present a range of wonderful products to be offered for you or for your Christmas gifts. Everything started with the desire to offer the best quality products to the children of the School. We begun with the wheat, for the flour to bake the bread. Finally in 2018 we have a big surplus of great flour, not only of wheat but also of spelt and multigrain.


Our wheat flour, sowed with 100 kg of vibrated seeds of Taylor variety in October 2017 in the field of Rovello by Giuliano, the same farmer that supplies the fresh milk to the School and the meeting. In July we harvested 1.6 tons of wheat. Great harvest, also Giuliano was surprised, because the season was not good for the other farmers. 1 Kg pack.


In Vigo we sowed spelt, in one field, as usual after we vibrated the seeds from organic production. We always ask our farmer to not add any chemical product at the field, no fertilizer, no herbicide, no pesticide. In May we had the problem of the storm, and we thoughts we could lose the harvest, but in July the harvester made a great job and we could have at least 800 kg of spelt. Now after the stoneground we have a wonderful spelt fluor. The spelt is a very ancient cereal, with a very little quantity of glutine, very good for baking cookies. 1 Kg pack.


In the second field in Vigo we sowed barley and oat. The harvest was not as well as in the other fields but the production at least was enough to be mixed with spelt and wheat to do a wonderful multigrain flour. It is very rich in vitamines and can be used for bread, focaccia, pizza and any other cake. 1 Kg pack.


Normally at breakfast we serve at the School bread jam and butter. This year we harvest many apple from the apple trees at the Castle. We so made a lot of jam, floured with cinnamon and clover, sugar 40%. We have some surplus of this delicious Apple jam. 350g. jar


In the kitchen of the School we made a delicious flavored salt with grained rosemary harvested in the garden of the Castle, when you add to any meal it give a very special flavor. We use a special organic salt from Sicily. 350g. jar



Finally, after a long day in Cabella, we all need a nice footsoak. We enjoy to do it with some flavor, we added grained dry peel from the organic orange we served at the School and cinnamon and clover. Great footsoak salt1 Kg pack.
