“The Living Valley” in Cabella.
“The living Valley Project” was born in Cabella.
In 2009 the rise in awareness amongst many international visiting yogi’s about Mother Earth started and the first ‘green team’ was created beginning with recycling during the meeting.
In 2012 and 2015 PDC courses involving very interesting people, discovering the new methods of growing vegetables was being explored. The idea of a “brand” that could guarantee the best practices and vibrational added value was starting, and “The Living Valley” was born.
The ideas and dreams were infectious with many people from the first group taking them back home to their own countries the ideas of “sustainable living” .
In Cabella some experiments were made in the vegetable garden of the Castle and in Albera when in 2013 a first vegetable garden was created with raised beds, in a beautiful circular shape. It was not continued until 2018 when help was sought from a few Indian farmers who came and reactivated the garden that already served the kitchen of the School with a lot of vegetable.
Every international collective meeting in Cabella has seen a presentation from some components of “The living Valley” group to rise the awareness about ecology .
In Cabella there are now many projects such as the vegetable garden, aromatics, collection of herbs and fruits from the Castle trees.
Today anyone buying products made available should know all the funds raised are for Sahaja Yoga projects in Cabella.
