New Flours crop 2019

Also this year we had a great harvest on the three fields sowed in 2018 with vibrated seeds.



We have the new 2019 four different type of our stone ground whole flours: wheat, durum wheat, multicereals and spelt that anyone could mix or use for different bakering products, bread, cakes, biscuits or pasta with the new 2019 whole durum wheat flour.




Our crops are 100% natural, without any chemical fertilizers or herbicides or pesticides either chemical nor organic. 

Absolutely nothing else than Vibration. 



We vibrate the seeds and we do meditate on the fields asking the blessing and protection to Shri Ganesha.
The level of glutine is natural, and specially the spelt has the less quantity of gluten in nature. This is the real "ancient grain".




The glutine intolerance many people are facing is due at the adding of a quantity of chemicals to obtain richer flours.
We simply don’t do it and our plants are totally natural and weeds grown in the fields in a complementary way, they are separated at the mill before the stone grinding. 




Stone grinding is a natural way to get the whole wheat of the maximum quality, at low speed (80 rpm) to not heat the process.

Our fields are in Val Borbera, very near to the Nirmal Temple, and the farmer who are working for us receive a fair price, higher than the normal one.
